"Dancing Trio" was commissioned by the German Flute Society as a compulsery piece for the international ONLINE Competition 2022. The (deliberately generous) metronome numbers given are merely orientation values. New playing techniques are used very sparingly. The composition was dedicated to the Belarusian flutist and political activist Maria Kalesnikava.
